Terms and Conditions

We contract with travel agencies and lodging properties in advance for volume purchases and guaranteed availability of products/services at reasonable prices and offer these to consumers.

All prices mentioned in this web site are in US Dollars per person in a double room basis, please pay attention for the single supplement.

When you book a tour with us, we charge your credit card 35% of the full amount as deposit. The rest of the payment will be charged/received at the beginning of the tour. The total amount is the final amount that you will be charged and includes all tax charges and service fees.

Your reservation may be cancelled at any time before 30 days, subject to a 35 USD cancellation cost; this charge is about the bank transfer and/or credit card commission expenses. After this deadline period, we have to keep the required deposit fee.

Your reservation may be changed by a similar request at any time before 72 hours without any charge.

In addition, if you do not cancel or change your reservation before the hotel's cancellation policy period, which varies by hotel (usually 24 to 72 hours prior to your date of arrival), also you will be subject to a charge of one-night's room rate, tax charges and service fees. Although we are trying to arrange your hotel room according to your requests, bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed.

Room pictures and/or tour vehicles may differ from the actual room/vehicle you receive.

You must present a photo ID upon check-in.
